When you leave school are you prepared to manage your own finances? Do you know how to read a payslip? Are you planning on going to university?

Money for life uses case studies to prepare students for the greater financial independence that comes with entering the world of work or further and higher education.

There are four topics to work through in this module. These will help you to:

  • learn about the costs of living and sources of income for students
  • understand a payslip
  • learn about different methods of saving
  • understand how mortgages work
  • learn about the financial implications of different life choices

It contains short video clips and interactive activities.
